To £45k + car - Based West Midlands/Hybrid working

Our client has a portfolio of well known brands and is looking for an experienced Hospitality/Leisure or FMCG trained marketer to join their team in an exciting phase of the brand's development.

Role Purpose

The role of the Marketing manager is to drive profitable sales growth and grow market share within the sector through

opportunity identification and delivery of marketing project streams aligned to the brand proposition, vision, and financial targets.

You'll be accountable to scope, design, deliver and evaluate short and medium-term marketing plans with the goal of creating and delivering a compelling & distinct experience for the guest while generating incremental sales through driving customer acquisition, frequency and increased spend.

You will play an active role within the division working alongside the operations team to ensure brilliant execution of the offer as well as working closely & building effective relationships with key agency partners. You will also work alongside the Brand.

Development team to drive the longer-term innovation for the brand.

About you:

Strong marketing knowledge and experience ideally gained within a B2C environment.

A genuine passion for the guest experience within the hospitality industry

Natural adopter of the company values, illustrating personality traits such as a willingness to learn and celebrate, showing we care, taking ownership and embracing the freedom to succeed.

People first mentality - Working with the wider marketing team to inspire, influence and engage stakeholders in marketing activity.
