Local Marketing Manager

Salary up to £50k

Based Surrey - work from home hybrid

This innovative global restaurant brand is looking for a talented and ambitious Marketing Manager to deliver a local marketing programme toolkit to restaurants in UK and Ireland.

From organising new restaurant openings to identifying different marketing tactics to local challenges you will be in-charge of seamless local marketing campaigns that represent the brand in local culture ensuring the brand always remain relevant to their local community.

Key responsibilities include:

As a Local Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of delivering flawless execution of our local campaigns for UK & Ireland restaurants.

  • Launch a local marketing programme aligned to our penetration strategy that delivers against driving local awareness and excitement, building loyalty and driving brand love and fame.
  • Cross-channel management at local level to support new restaurant opening pipeline across POS, media, PR, social, eCRM and retail, and delivery of multi channel proposals to solve key local challenges at restaurant level.
  • Ownership and development of the local marketing toolkit, creating campaign bundles available for different budgets, and developing a suite of creative available for multi use which is on brand and aligned to local marketing visual identity.
  • Development and ownership of our local marketing portal, an online system to enable restaurant managers to self serve themselves with creative assets and guidelines on the toolkit.
  • Delivery of a new local marketing cross channel calendar identifying key events relevant to us as brand and then executing it at restaurant level.
  • Build strong relationships with cross functional internal departments, restaurant teams and franchisees to champion local marketing and constantly push for 'right first time' in this space.
  • Working across world class and award-winning creative agency partners and influencing stakeholders. From Social Media to POS, ownership and accountability of the full local marketing mix from briefing to execution.
