International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading immigration consulting firm.

Our client is looking for a professional and experienced candidate in Digital Marketing. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating strategic marketing plans and budgets for all digital channels and media, with a focus on reporting performance KPIs to management.
  • Overseeing the website with a content management system, ensuring regular updates and maintenance.
  • Implementing optimization strategies for Google keywords, SEO website landing pages, and utilizing analytical tools like Google Analytics and SEMRUSH for competitive analysis and improvement.
  • Managing and optimizing the website, social media, and YouTube accounts to maximize return on investment.
  • Handling the performance and relationships with marketing service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions for the company.
  • Organizing and promoting weekly marketing events and seminars in partnership with global partners.
  • Collaborating with the HK team to develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications across various mediums, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Providing supervision and training to the marketing team, ensuring the completion of all tasks to achieve marketing objectives, generate quality leads, and effectively promote the company brand.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing, campaign marketing
  • Has experience in immigration consulting/real estate/premium insurance/luxury brand is a plus.
  • English fluently
  • Good management skills
  • Proven track record in digital marketing with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
