Our highly respected client is seeking a Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Digital and Performance Marketing, preferably in the Education industry or a related field. Location: Ho Chi Minh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns, utilizing a variety of digital and performance marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Organize and oversee events, seminars, and workshops to promote our educational offerings and engage with our target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Prepare regular marketing reports to communicate performance metrics and outcomes to senior management.
- Maintain a strong online presence through website content management, social media engagement, and email marketing.
- Foster relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance the company's PR efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in Digital and Performance Marketing roles, with a focus on driving results and achieving KPIs.
- Prior experience in the education sector is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
- Excellent understanding of various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
