International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a professional company.

Our highly respected client is seeking a Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Digital and Performance Marketing, preferably in the Education industry or a related field. Location: Ho Chi Minh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns, utilizing a variety of digital and performance marketing channels.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing efforts.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Organize and oversee events, seminars, and workshops to promote our educational offerings and engage with our target audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare regular marketing reports to communicate performance metrics and outcomes to senior management.
  • Maintain a strong online presence through website content management, social media engagement, and email marketing.
  • Foster relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance the company's PR efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in Digital and Performance Marketing roles, with a focus on driving results and achieving KPIs.
  • Prior experience in the education sector is highly advantageous and will be considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent understanding of various digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools to measure campaign performance and derive insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and engage with various stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing plans.
  • Team player with leadership qualities, capable of leading and motivating a marketing team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
  • Formal and professional demeanor, with the ability to represent the company effectively in various settings.
