Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in manufacturing industry. Our respected client is seeking an executive with at least 10 years of experience in
influence across all levels of the organization and lead optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.for the job of Marketing Manager. The position will be based in Las Pinas, Philippines.

Job summary:

The Marketing Manager analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts and generating new business leads.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Increasing brand awareness and market share
* Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production
departments
* Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
* Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
* Managing the marketing department's staff
* Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management
* Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
* Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends

Job Requirements:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or any related field
* A master's degree in relevant field will be advantageous

Training and Experience:
* With at least 3-year of related work experience, preferably knowledgeable with ISO 9001:2015 QMS
Standard

Skills and Attitude:
* Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
* Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong time management and organizational abilities
* Experience in Public Relations
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
