Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing building materials. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience ceramics manufacturing building materials for the job of Marketing Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales and revenue goals. Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer preferences, and competitor analysis. Use the findings to create effective marketing plans.
  • Product Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ceramic products. This includes creating marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, website content, and social media campaigns. Coordinate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and impactful promotional materials.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity in line with its vision and values. Monitor brand reputation and take necessary actions to address any negative feedback or customer concerns.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience. This includes managing the company's website, optimizing content for search engines (SEO), running online advertising campaigns (PPC), and managing social media platforms.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities for the company's ceramic products. Develop strategies to enter new markets, expand distribution channels, and establish relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers. Conduct market analysis to assess market potential and develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing support and generate leads. Develop sales tools, such as product presentations and sales collateral, to aid the sales team in their efforts. Provide product training and market insights to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across different marketing activities. Monitor the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as design, sales, and production to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a management-level role.
  • Strong understanding of the ceramics industry, including products, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, trade shows), conducting market research, and brand management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and analyzing ROI.
  • Ability to collaborate with the sales team, provide marketing support, and generate leads.
  • Established industry network and relationships B2B, distributors, retailers, or wholesalers is a plus.
