Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Local Food and Beverage Company. Our client is seeking for Marketing Manager position. This job will be based in Tangerang, Banten.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ​​Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives, ensuring a targeted approach for product promotion and brand awareness.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing various platforms to maximize reach and engagement among target audiences.
  • Oversee brand positioning, identity, and messaging consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive and strong brand image.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and purchasing patterns to tailor marketing strategies and product offerings to meet evolving market demands.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly product development, to ensure seamless integration of product launches and effective market penetration strategies.
  • Efficiently manage the marketing budget, allocating resources judiciously to various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the food and beverages industry or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and market research.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
