Monroe Consulting Group is seeking a Marketing Officer on behalf of a consumer electronics retail company who will be responsible for market strategic planning analysis, product forecasting, profit, and loss management. The role will directly report to the Assistant Marketing Manager. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City with a hybrid work setup.

Job Functions:

Portfolio Management

  • Manage the local product portfolio based on market and competitor landscape
  • Design a go-to Market Plan for incoming products encompassing all internal (support teams) and external stakeholders (Dealers and Distributors)

Brand Management

  • Create a sales plan and forecast based on product competitiveness, business and market trends, using in-depth data analysis
  • Create a pricing and promotion plan, and manage Profit and Loss based on product sales and business trends, using in-depth data analysis

Channel Management

  • Come up with strategies and promotions that will ensure profitability in our sales channels

Operations, Analysis, and Reporting

  • Oversee all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual category operations
  • Generate data-based high-level analysis and reports to be shared with internal local, Regional and Global stakeholders covering product, category, business, and market performance


Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related disciplines
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in the field of Marketing, Business Development and/or Product Management
  • Must have working knowledge in Product and Channel Marketing
  • Must be comfortable and passionate about working with numbers
  • Must have excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
