Marketing Team Lead

£30,000 - £35,000

UK (Can be based in any major city)

We're currently working with a major drinks brand to find a Marketing Team Leader.

In this role you will be responsible for building the Student Brand Ambassador program, leading on samplings, events, and other engagement programs.

Responsibilities:

People management

• Work with student ambassadors to promote the brand
• Actively be involved with recruiting new student ambassadors
• Be key point of contact for NSE, Uni's, and external agencies

Plan and manage brand related events from conceptualisation to activation

• Work with ambassadors to create promo events and sampling campaigns.
• Creating pre and post event campaigns to maximise partnerships
• Budget management

Sponsorship/Partnerships

• Act as brands point of contact for sponsored events/ partners
• Trade marketing - activations in store to leverage brand partnerships

Looking for a super passionate marketer who has experience managing brand ambassadors. Any interest in sporting or gaming would be a huge plus!
