Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading Global Lifestyle Retail Company. Our respected client is looking for a young, highly motivated, and versatile operations professional to join their company as the Marketplace Operations Coordinator. This is a contract position and will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with other teams to align "bottoms-up" shipping goals with "top-down" shipping expectations. Support reaching financial objectives set by the business.
  • Prioritize specific shipments for accelerated delivery, identify risks and opportunities across customers.
  • Ensure and execute against efficient order management processes to plan/deliver seasons by maximizing order books.
  • Monitor and resolve any issues that might come up with orders. Ensure order book accuracy & integrity through an order validation process. Pro-active management of order book with focus on demand/supply match.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to align, track and deliver orders to meet financial goals.
  • Provide timely resolution of issues causing un-shippable inventory.
  • Timely execution of customer requested cancellations on orders within terms, execution of returns and claims request, ensuring account credit status is accurate.
  • Ensure quality, on-time relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners.
  • Support the roll out of new processes, analytical tools and solutions, providing training on when and how they should be used.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma equivalent with 3-5 years of Customer Service / Order Fulfillment / Logistics / Operational working experience preferably in retail/consumer goods companies
  • Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experience preferred.
  • Computer skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel - pivoting / vlookup), ERP experience (SAP preferable)
  • Proficiency in English, written and verbal
  • Skilled in cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management
