Exciting Job Opportunity as Medicare Sales Agent for CVS Health (Hybrid)

We, at Medical Recruitment Strategies is looking for the best Medicare Sales Agent for CVS Health (Hybrid Set up)

Job Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Hybrid (3 days/week in store and 2 days/week remote)

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 hours/day

Pay Rate: $29.47/HR

As Medicare Sales Agent, your key responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Responding to inquiries from prospective beneficiaries while in store
• You will receive leads from employers and also online/web/direct mail leads
• You will conduct marketing and lead generation activities in their community but don't worry training and guidance will be provided by sales manager.
• You will also do on-site educational and sales events at locations in their community
• You will work within compliance of all Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal regulations
• Light lifting of 15 - 20 pounds will be required.

Experience / Qualification required:

• High School Diploma
• Licensed Health Insurance Agent
• Ideally licensed to sell and contracted and Ready-to-Sell (RTS) with multiple Medicare carriers
• Skilled at doing face-to-face selling as well as remote selling using an on-line enrollment tool (training provided for the on-line tool)
• Experienced selling Medicare products (e.g., MAPD, DSNP, PDP, Med-Supp, and senior ancillary products)
• Must have reliable transportation to get to each of 3 different stores where they will work
