The selected candidate will play a critical role in driving sales and profitability for national and regional units. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team, and executing a comprehensive plan to meet sales and profit goals.
- Implement assigned annual sales target into monthly objectives.
- Prepare sales and action plans for assigned territory to achieve set sales target, in coordination with distributor management respective channel managers.
- Review and follow up sales performance and target.
- Develop regional strategy with action plan.
- Ensure distributor business model is aligned with company objectives and plan to increase sales volume in the channel and region.
- Review business plan with distributors
- Select, train and motivate team, and conduct incentive review in accordance to company policy
- Experience in distributor sales, wholesale, and direct account sales.
- Recent experience in consumer goods industry is a must.
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and implementation skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
