Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational sealing manufacturing company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 - 20 years of strong experience in sales from a sealing manufacturer or distributor company. This position will be based Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Directly report to President Director
• Implementation of Nasional sales and Order Intake plans.
• Assist in the yearly planning of National sales goals to meet company objectives.
• Set and ensure the obtainment of sales goals for the Sales Team.
• Set up and maintain a price sheet.
• Make joint calls with sales engineers to maintain good customer relations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key industries and organizations.
• Provide forecast and other management reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum experience in Engineering or Rotating/Pumps/ Mechanical seal Industries for 15 - 20 years.
• Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in handling Oil & Gas Industry /Power/ Chemical /Fertilizer/Paper/ Pharma/Food industries.
• Familiar with Indonesia Markets culture.
• Conversant with the MS office.
• Have good verbal and written communication in English.
• Have a good team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel.
