Office Administrator - West End - £30,000 - £32,000

Do you want the opportunity of a lifetime? I am representing one of the most exciting companies in London who are cutting edge in crypto and software programming with outstanding staff benefits and a wonderful culture, based in an amazing office in the trendiest part of the West End!

This role is for the candidate who really has the most amazing attitude and ideally would suit a 1st or 2nd jobber who is immaculate in corporate image and has superb communication skills and is very happy to handle errands and go above and beyond at the drop of a hat.

The role is a mixture of office administration/facilities and reception duties and will be based five days onsite.

Hours are 8.45am - 5.45pm with flexibility. The role is ideally suited to a candidate who is happy to join a boutique business that is growing rapidly and duties are as follows:

- Answering the door to accept deliveries and meet visitors
- Kitchen/pantry maintenance (stocking kitchen cabinets and refrigerators on all floors, ordering groceries and refreshments, making sure there is enough stock in the kitchen every am, lunch and pm)
- Ordering lunch on Deliveroo and sending out lunch form to employees
- Managing office supplies and stock (food, refreshments, cutlery, crockery, toiletries, stationery, IT equipment, etc, placing orders when necessary and resupply during the day if needed)
- Meeting room maintenance (assuring the rooms are clean and tidy at all times, replenishing refreshments after each meeting, making sure TV screens work, setting up any equipment if necessary, etc)
- Maintenance of small electrics (printers, coffee machine, etc)
- Terrace maintenance (secure/cover terrace furniture in the winter, check door is locked every night, etc)
- Manage all incoming/outgoing deliveries and post (booking couriers, posting letters/parcels, post office runs for items that cannot be picked up, distributing post)- General office maintenance and making sure the office is tidy at all times (dealing with any office/building related issues, liaising with the cleaning company, air-conditioning company, security/alarm services provider, etc)
- Liaising with facilities management company regarding any issues (water, electricity, etc)
- Liaising with suppliers (coffee machine/beans, plant company, etc) as well as supplier research and set-up
- Maintaining IT equipment log, asset list, list of requests and making sure they are completed
- Internal office communications (co-ordination and sending out internal announcements (including birthday announcements) to office staff as needed
- Being 24 hr emergency contact person/first aid person
- General administration support to the the Operations Manager, EA and the wider team with any overflowing work
- Processing office expenses on company card
- Assistance with company events (booking restaurants, bars, etc)
- Assistance with booking travel for team members when required
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be required
