A specialist investment company requires an enthusiastic and capable Office Coordinator to join their busy team for two days per week to support the Office Manager. This is an ongoing temp role with potential to become permanent

This is an office based role and days are flexible but ideally Tuesday and Thursday and 4 half days is also an option.

The responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Post (completing forms for the building's post room and handing out any incoming post)
  • Registering visitors
  • Arranging office passes
  • Helping with building permits for contractors
  • Ordering business cards
  • Printer maintenance - ordering toners/paper
  • IT assistance - maintaining email distribution lists
  • Archiving/scanning of documents
  • Ordering and maintaining stationary & general office orders
  • Arranging couriers
  • Adhoc administration tasks

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role in a corporate environment is essential
  • Happy to help out with whatever needs doing, flexible to take on anything required
  • Proficient with MS Office and general IT
  • Strong team player
  • Approachable and helpful
  • Flexible and adaptable
