Are you an office management professional seeking your next challenge in a fabulous business who are fast paced and dynamic, within sharp-end finance?

Based in the West End, my client are looking for an individual who is passionate about their career and has drive, enthusiasm and the ability to juggle a varied workday.

Working five days onsite initially, with some flex once fully embedded, you will have the chance to support the London office primarily with all aspects of office management and administration tasks, plus light support for additional European offices. Hours are 8.30 - 5.30 daily.

The role requires stretch and initiative and we are looking for a candidate that is self-motivated and really cares about the stakeholders they support and delivers seamlessly.

Duties:

· First point of contact for all office related queries, including mail, facilities, inventory, pantry stock and floor plan.
· Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and ensure offices are compliant.
· Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures.
· Liaising with building management regarding emergency business continuity plans and ensure all health and safety/fire policies are up to date and followed.
· Welcoming visitors/new joiners.
· Manage agendas, meetings, travel plans, appointments for senior leadership.
· Organise Board Meetings, travel for employees, marketing events and other gatherings as and when necessary.
· Maintain the highest standards of presentation within the offices/meetings rooms.
· Maintain excellent vendor relationships with catering and cleaning companies.

Your Profile:

· Evidence of commercial experience in a similar role.
· Excellent organisational skills including extensive diary scheduling experience, arranging and managing meetings and travel.
· Ability to work confidentially with tact and discretion.
· Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
