A leading consultancy firm are looking to hire an Office Manager/PA to manage the London office on a daily basis as well as supporting a Director when required

This is a 12 month temporary contract covering a maternity leave.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the office on a daily basis ensuring everything is running smoothly
  • Managing vendors and maintaining relationships with them
  • Managing reception, dealing with post and deliveries
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Meeting and greeting guests and escorting them to meeting rooms
  • Organising office social events
  • Acting as PA to 1-2 Directors, managing diary and arranging international travel
  • Occasional work on special projects and events such as business offsites, client breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
  • Providing onboarding assistance to new hires in the office

Skills and Experience


Previous experience within a fast paced office environment in a front of house or administrative role is essential
* Strong Microsoft Office experience
* Experience with Concur is an advantage
* Excellent organisation and written communication skills
* The ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities
* Excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and must be proactive rather than reactive
* Must be punctual and reliable
