Office Manager - London - £70K-£75K

My client, a highly successful finance house based in the West End, are looking for an incredible Office Manager to be a true driving force and handle a myriad of organisational tasks with charisma and efficiency.

The role requires an outstanding candidate who is passionate about delivery and cares about the stakeholders they support. A natural ambassador, you will be the go-to person in the office who is adept at juggling multiple priorities and of course, solutions driven!

As the Office Manager in London, you will be the first port of call for all things OM related and the successful candidate will ideally currently be working within sharp end finance, ie, private equity, asset management, investment banking, management consultancy, or the big 4!

The position is hybrid, working 3 days onsite and 2 from home, 8.30 - 5.30pm with a little responsiveness outside of hours and we are looking for a candidate who has outstanding interpersonal skills and enjoys liaising at all levels with confidence and professionalism.

The role is multi-faceted and you should be highly organised and very capable. An individual who is warm, immediate and always goes above and beyond, able to develop excellent working relationships, both internally and externally with key stakeholders. You will be the person who has brilliant connections at their fingertips.

Experience in office moves, renovations/fit outs and health and safety, plus exposure to HR (onboarding and offboarding) are a big plus. The company require an anticipatory, forward thinking OM who is not afraid to take on additional responsibility as required and who has initiative and the ability to implement and streamline.
