Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading auto site in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a professional in operations to build Southeast Asia's largest auto-tech financial services business. The job is based in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the team's vision, direction, and culture by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals
  • Monitor real-time service levels and schedule adherence
  • Improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission
  • Act as a bridge between Sales and Credit teams
  • Vet Dealer Applications and take necessary action
  • Monitor Operational Controls and TAT
  • Monitor DF Dealer Performance
  • Conduct Fortnightly Portfolio review with Sales and Credit teams
  • Ensure timely repayment and rotation of the limit
  • Monitor dealer growth post-DF and suggest corrective action to city members
  • Ensure adoption of policies by DF members
  • Work closely with Tech team on BRD and product testing
  • Ensure adoption of digital tools in dealer finance
  • Provide accurate and timely information (MIS) on all key business parameters to senior management and other team members
  • Intimate/update the team on Policy changes/new policies
  • Complete inventory control and management using our inventory management system

Key Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Supply Chain Finance
  • Ability to handle operations of dealer inventory funding/financing business
  • Start-up experience and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Process-driven and time-bound
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and strong MS Office knowledge
  • Prior banking background is useful
