Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a producer of quality baked products in the country. Our respective client is looking for a Operations Manager who will oversee the daily store activities. This role will be reporting to the General Manager, with hybrid & field work set-up and is located in Quezon City.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
  • Support operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
  • Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
  • Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes as necessary.
  • Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations.
  • Assist with recruiting when necessary.
  • Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
  • Proficiently analyze operations and sales data.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business-related course
  • At least 4 years work experience in store marketing management.
  • Willing to do field work in Metro Manila.
  • Heavy on Data Analysis and operations management such as managing/dealing with retail processes and demands.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of how to extract useful information from data and taking decisions based on data analysis
