Our respected client is seeking of 3-5 sales with solid knowledge in logistics is required to the position of Order and Execution Assistant. The job is based in Pasig City, Philippines.
The Order and Execution Assistant task is to ensure effectiveness and efficiency through standardisation of business processes and by providing quality logistics information for key business and decision support to top management.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Coordination with broker/forwarder for the importation of goods (pumps, valves, and spare parts).
- Proper coordination with factories and forwarders for on-time shipment arrangement
- Proper coordination with forwarders/truckers to achieve on-time delivery to customer.
- On-time shipment arrangement and delivery to customers
- Clerical support to Order Processing Manager in terms of documentation of ordering/importation; receiving and delivery of goods (PVS) to Customer.
- Order Processing and Logistics Department files maintenance
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports of Order Processing and Logistics Department
- Checks collection from Customer and follows-up with the customers.
- And other duties that may be required for Order Processing and Logistics service to other departments.
- Support to achieve sales target and on-time delivery.
- On time billing/invoicing and collection.
- Prepare and submit sales forecast and monthly sales, inventories, order backlog, and AR summary on time.
- Do Goods Receipt PO, AP Invoice, Delivery, and AR Invoice in SAP system.
- University degree in Business courses preferably Customs Administration / Accounting related courses.
- At least 2 years of logistics work experience.
- Strong in Technical knowledge/expertise, fast learner, and adaptable
- Initiative, enthusiasm, leadership and follow up.
- Able to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team,
- Advanced MS Office applications knowledge is a MUST.
- Strong analytically and problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve targets and KPIs
- Flexible and able to establish an effective and productive working relationship within all levels in the organisation.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to work in Pasig City
