Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Health care Technology company that offers digital application/mobile app exclusive for doctors that will enable them to have access to features such as forums for knowledge sharing, training's & webinars for CME, virtual conventions, and categorised channels.
Our respective client is looking for a Patient Access Program Manager who will be responsible for facilitating and providing support to clients by verifying and assisting them using the platform via remote setup.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support patients, doctors, and pharmacists during the Patient Access Program (PAP) journey.
  • Verify and approve patient enrolment applications.
  • Assist patients, doctors, and pharmacists on queries related to the supported PAP in the company platform.
  • Remind patients to adhere to treatment based on reminder points.
  • Monitor patient activities and transactions.
  • Guide stakeholders on the program mechanics specified by the Pharmaceutical Program Owner.
  • Capture and report adverse events based on patient interactions.
  • Documentation of patient interactions.


  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Pharmacist (Registered Nurse or Pharmacist)
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in the specific field
  • Experience in adverse event identification and reporting
  • Experience in a call center or Business Process Outsourcing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google applications
  • Proficiency in Freshdesk an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions well
  • Attention to detail, persistent, and patient
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
