Our client is small bank here in Singapore. With over 100 folks here in Singapore. Looking for a HR Professional who is competent in the C&B/HR Analytics area.

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation: He/She develops employee compensation programs, performance management policies, frameworks and compensation structures, ensuring aligment with the organization total reward philosophy. He/She plans, evaluates, and administers employee compensations such as salaries, short‐term incentives,
  • He/She conducts market benchmarking and industry trend analysis to ensure that the Bank's compensation structure and programmes are in line with the market. A good knowledge of Singapore payroll principles and regulations to oversee the Payroll function. Benefits:

  • He/She designs and implement benefits that would meet the needs of the workforce, based on relevant employee inputs and market data received from the Talent Acquisition process.
  • HR Analytics: He/She deploys a range of data mining tools and analytical techniques to create management information, HR insights, to feed into the decision making process. He/She performs data analysis and shares insights with the team.
  • He/She is responsible for the annual employee manpower budget, headcount, statutory reports, and surveys. In addition, he/she will support HR Risk and Compliance initiatives and reporting.
  • The incumbent thrives in a team environment and is comfortable communicating with various stakeholders within and beyond the team.
  • He/She possesses an analytical mind and is able to derive insights from data, leveraging them to address issues and derive solutions to work challenges.
  • Tasks/Main Responsibilities
  • Performance Management
  • Plan organization widecommunications to inform employees and people managers about performance reviews and timelines.
  • Provide support or respond to employees and/or people managers enquires relating to the performance management system.
  • Maintain proper records of performance reviews and ensure sensitive information are securely stored or destroyed for privacy and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management system and its related communications efforts by analyzing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions. Compensation Management
  • Oversight of Payroll Management.
  • Benchmark organisation's compensation and benefits programmes against industry practices/market to ensure that compensation and benefits programmes remain relevant for the business and is market‐ competitive.
  • Gather and analyse employee feedback on organisation's benefits schemes for review purposes
  • Resolve issues or address questions related to payroll policies and procedures to ensure workforce are paid in accordance with agreed employment terms and conditions.
  • Translate compensation structure through employee feedback and external industry analysis to ensure that compensation remain relevant for the business and is market-competitive.
  • Formulate communications to share organisation's compensation and benefits policies with emploees Analytics and Insights
  • Apply data governance concepts and principles to identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics benchmarking.
  • Resolve data availability and data quality challenges with data cleansing techniques.
  • Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking using dashboards or data visualization tools.
  • Derive relevant insights from analysis and recommend enhancements to the organization's HR practices taking into consideration the business context and operating environment. Labour Policies and Legislation - HR Risks and Compliance
  • Support HR Risk and Compliance initiatives and reporting. Research and apply prevailing labour policies, employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to tripartism, employment laws for foreign nationals, Fair Consideration Framework,
  • Support HR department and leaders in keeping up to date on all HR relevant statutory terms and benefits.
  • Communicate with employees on areas such as benefits and claims eligibility and administration, payroll deductions, retirement, re-employment and termination guidelines.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 Years of Experience in HR with a competency in Compensation Management but must be willing to get involved with HR Business partnering from time to time.
  • Must have had experience in a Banking or Financial service industry
