Personal Assistant to CEO
Report to: CEO
Our client is a fintech company that delivers trusted solutions and services for the digital economy and allowing digital solutions accessible to the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including processing new business applications and monitoring productions
- Ensure the efficient and effective running of key communications channels (online and offline)
- Prepare meeting agendas and presentations
- Run errands for the CEO
- Responsible for all general administrative
- In charge of clubs and campaigns, and any current/upcoming conventions and seminars
- Assist in recruitment such as arrange schedule and appointment
- Other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
- Financial services industry experience needed
- Presentable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time-management and organisation skills
