Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of growing digital banking company in Indonesia to onboard a highly specialist Platform Operations Specialist to oversee the digital platforms and services. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise the day-to-day functions of digital banking systems, which encompass online banking interfaces, mobile applications, and other digital amenities.
  • Formulate and implement plans to respond to incidents swiftly, mitigating disruptions, outages, or security issues to minimize the impact on customer interactions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance with industry standards on the digital platforms to protect customer data and privacy.
  • Continuously assess platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and institute enhancements to improve speed, reliability, and responsiveness.
  • Cultivate and manage associations with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and deliverables.
  • Project and manage capacity requirements for digital platforms to accommodate growth and customer needs.
  • Deploy automated processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency and diminish manual interventions.
  • Supervise changes and updates to digital platforms, guaranteeing proper testing, communication, and minimal customer disruption.
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive disaster recovery plans to fortify platform resilience in unforeseen circumstances.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT operations and the management of digital platforms.
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding of digital platform technologies, system architecture, and IT operations.
  • Exhibit familiarity with cybersecurity principles and hands-on experience in securing digital platforms.
  • Have comprehension of banking industry regulations and compliance prerequisites relevant to digital banking operations.
  • Showcase excellent problem-solving skills to tackle intricate operational challenges.
