Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational manufacturer of optical systems and optoelectronics. They are looking for a Practice Development Consulting (PDC) Specialist that will be responsible for patient attraction, conversion & retention for retractive practices (work closely with clinics/business customers/clients to support business development and marketing initiatives) The head office is located in BGC Taguig but the scope is nationwide.
Job Description

  • Business consulting to refractive practices
  • Assist our customers in increasing consumables utilization and achieving business efficiency and profitability
  • Assist our customers in increasing patient numbers, satisfaction level, referrals
  • Conduct training for practice staffs on practice development topics including but not limited to practices marketing, customer service, and performance to provide personalized guidance, training, and tools to improve the overall patient experience
  • Visit new and existing PDC customers on a regular basis in the region.
  • Demonstrable proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and evaluation
  • Analyze clinic's digital marketing campaigns on marketing efficacy and provide recommendations and hands-on support for improvement to foster the goal to assist our customers in their business growth
  • Identify trends, and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the clinics' insights and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in collaboration with the clinic.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas), setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Identify positive and negative trends with social listening and the impact on business performance
  • Provide PDC training to local team of sales rep and encourage good work relationship and collaboration.
  • Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products
  • Provide all appropriate reporting to the Business Managers including but not limited to clinic performance, feedback, and competitor movements from customers on a weekly and monthly report
  • Accountability for the growth of treatment pack sales and Premium IOL consumption for selected clinics
  • Contribute to increase SMILE conversion rate and penetration in the market
  • Guide and manage country' activities with regards to the execution of the PDC program
  • Engage with newer doctors in the OT providing application support and driving the conversion rate of SMILE and increasing facetime in the clinic.
  • Engage with low-volume users to understand reasons and support to drive conversion rate and adaptation of SMILE.
  • Provide market and competitor analysis for the Philippines.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related fields
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing sales in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device industry or previous experience working in medical practice as a Practice Specialist, Marketing Specialist, or Patient Experience Specialist.
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Basic experience in digital marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken & written English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in training individuals or groups
  • Pleasant personality and proactive mindset
  • Good team player and able to work under tight timelines
