Exciting opportunity to grow the premium channel for this global drinks business with a strong portfolio of growth and established brands.

Reporting to the Regional Controller. This role will be responsible for:

Key Accountabilities:

* Deliver sales volume, GP/HL targets, distribution, and brand share targets at customer level - includes direct IFT and wholesale / RTM channel
* Passionate about growing brands through the coaching and developing of direct reports
* Developing an annual plan; implement, monitor, and review it regularly
* Establish relationships and ensure customer issues are dealt with effectively a
* Lead and manage the skills and capability of each Key Account Manager & Development Manager through training and coaching
* Work closely with the Regional Controller to establish business plans and talent pipelines
* Work closely with the Trade Activation Manager
* Identify and close distribution gaps or brand opportunities
* Implement and ensure the robust measurement of individual and team KPI's/Objectives
* Implement development plans and/or performance management process' when required

Experience and Key Attributes:
* You will demonstrate true entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity, capable of thinking big
* Experience across direct free trade and wholesale / route-to-market channels, ideally previous experience in premium accounts
* Huge desire to make a material difference with the tenacity to have the tough conversations that make things happen
* Ability to bring clear focus to a dispersed team, whilst setting high standards of execution
* Performance and results focused - able to deliver against challenging targets and timescales
* High levels of Integrity and Initiative
