Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in manufacturing industry. Our respected client is seeking a seasoned engineer with 10 years of solid experience in semiconductor for Process Engineering Manager position. The job is based in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Process Engineering Manager manages and drive product quality improvement activities to improve the PQCD and increase the company competitiveness.

Key job responsibilities include:

* Ensures that the team is able to achieve its targets by constantly providing support through coaching, mentoring, and creating appropriate developmental plans
* Leads team to complete all quality improvement actions and tasks and ensures that all yield improvement indicators are met
* Spearheads technical analysis and guides team to determine proper disposition for quality issues
* Ensures the implementation of all action plans for improvement yield
* Oversees team in executing Failure analysis for FVI/BE/OS detected defects
* Oversees set-up of new process as required by new product/technology (NPD) which focuses on schedule, necessary documents, product specification, process optimization, and continuous process review
* Heads Cpk improvement activities including providing resources, focus improvement items, disposition for abnormalities through RFC and FMEA, temporary and immediate decisions on actions to contain excursions
* Acts as technical adviser during technical investigations during DRB. Responsible in communicating with the customer for Backend 2 issues and activities and as required
* Develops and executes cost reduction initiatives within the section. Encourage team to practice cost efficiency in all tasks

Key job requirements include:

* Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer or any engineering courses
* With 5-10 years of relevant experience preferably gained from a semiconductor or electronics company
* Sound knowledge and experience in
* High level of leadership ability and matured
* With pro-active mindset and excellent communication skills
