Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our respected client, a fast-growing SaaS company that wants to onboard their new chat platform product.

We're looking for top candidates with 5+ years of experience familiar with User-Centered Interaction Design, User Interface and Visual Design.

Responsibilities

• Experienced in user-centered methodologies such as design thinking, user journey mapping, and rapid prototyping.
• Evaluate different UI solutions and weigh their pros and cons for each design problem.
• Create highly readable and usable for the users
• You are familiar with mobile app design systems such as Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience executing end-to-end user experience projects in Chat/Messenger platforms.
• At least 1 year of experience operating as a design manager, managing a team of at least 2 designers.
• Preferable but not required - some experience to have worked on B2B SaaS, Content Creation, or Online Marketplaces.
