My client, a leader in the block-chain technology industry is seeking to hire a Product Director, working on multiple Zero-to-One block-chain products. You will be working on adopting block-chain in the enterprise space - building a product from scratch to maturity in an emerging market space.
This role would suit someone who has experience launching Zero- to -One Block-chain/ SAAS/ PAAS products in the enterprise/emerging market space. Someone who is creative and entrepreneurial and has a genuine passion for Block-chain/Emerging technologies.
Role:
- Perform market research and analysis to identify customer requirements, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to shape the product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineers, offering technical guidance ensuring product feasibility and scalability.
- Define product road-maps based on business goals, user feedback, and market potential.
- Apply extensive product design expertise to deliver outstanding user experiences and seamlessly integrate design with functionality in B2B products.
- Own the entire product life cycle, ensuring successful product launches and scalability.
- Work with internal teams, formulate product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Gather feedback from customers and incorporate user insights into strategic product decisions monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Experience:
- Proven track record as a Group Product Manager / Director in the B2B enterprise software industry, preferably within a SaaS company, with a history of successfully launching Zero - to One product's.
- Familiarity with block-chain technology and its technical intricacies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach in all aspects of product management.
- Expertise in product design principles showcasing successful B2B product designs.
- Solid experience of the product life cycle - successful product launches and scaling.
- Manage P&L - pricing strategies, business models, and cash flow management.
Salary: £170,000 - £190,000
