International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a professional company. Our highly respected client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager.

This role will be pivotal in driving product management and marketing efforts, overseeing the entire product life cycle, demand management, pricing strategies, and formulation of product strategies. Location: Ho Chi Minh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Lead and manage the product portfolio, ensuring product development aligns with market needs and company objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive product awareness and demand.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire product life cycle, from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring product success at every stage.
  • Demand Management: Analyze market demand and consumer trends to optimize product supply and inventory management.
  • Pricing Strategies: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Product Strategy Formulation: Contribute to the development of comprehensive product strategies, including product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
  • Revenue/ Profit/ Market share/ Inventory turnover

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Fluent English or Chinese is required.
  • Strong planning and forecasting skills to anticipate market trends and consumer demands.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis to make informed product decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and pivotal strategies accordingly.
