Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting for the Multinational Pharmaceutical Company. Our respected client is seeking a Product Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies for the Cardio-Hypertension portfolio, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, to oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
  • Define product specifications, features, and requirements based on market demands and regulatory considerations.
  • Manage the entire Cardio-Hypertension product portfolio, ensuring a balanced mix of new product introductions and lifecycle management of existing products.
  • Conduct regular portfolio assessments to optimize product offerings and address market gaps.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Analyze sales data and market metrics to assess product performance and recommend adjustments.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements related to cardio hypertension products.
  • Ensure that all product-related activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Develop training materials and provide product training to sales teams, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of educational resources for customers to enhance product understanding and adoption.
  • Develop and manage budgets for product development, marketing initiatives, and other relevant activities.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation to maximize product success and return on investment.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and key customers in the Cardio-Hypertension field.


  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on Cardio-Hypertension products.
  • In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular and hypertension therapeutic areas.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical products.
