Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a respectable F&B manufacturing client. Our respected client is looking for a Product owner for their company. Reporting directly to General Manager of MSBC region, the Product Owner will be responsible for both strategic and tactical aspects of product(s). You will play a crucial role in defining the product's vision, aligning it with company objectives, understanding market needs, and translating them into actionable tasks. Collaborating with teams, the Product Owner will execute requirements to deliver exceptional products.

Key Accountabilities:
STRATEGY AND ROADMAPS

  • Collaborate and define the vision, strategy, opportunities and OKR's for products being delivered, aligning business demand with product roadmap, product requirements and action plan.
  • Prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive the development and growth of the B2B hub, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize marketing, sales, and customer retention efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product development, brand positioning, portfolio, and pricing strategies.
  • Incorporate research on market, the customers, and competitors into prioritizing features so the roadmap for the product is delivered in line with business objectives.
  • Partner with the teams to perform iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Act as an empowered decision maker with regards to agile team prioritization, removing roadblocks and driving prioritization.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the product/s, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and business leaders, with a particular focus on prioritization of key activities.

SOLUTIONS

  • Shape the vision and roadmap and lead in delivering solutions oriented around business impact.
  • Oversee and coordinate the operational planning, master planning schedule execution, and delivery of new features and cost optimization enhancements, in partnership with business/operations, IS and finance.
  • Develop changes business process, adoption approaches and any other business elements to maximum value from the solution.

DELIVERY

  • Act as 'VOC' to ensure the teams build the right product/s.
  • Define and track metrics to focus on business value realization, including end user KPIs and product performance and apply data to the design and decision-making process.
  • Clarify requirements and delivery expectations with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate and communicate product requirements to IS development team, participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and requirements signoff.
  • Work with the implementation team to provide release documentation.


PLATFORMS & SYSTEMS

  • Manage the smooth integration of the various platforms and systems including B2B, Salesforce, digital E-commerce technologies, gateway applications
  • Simplify, standardize, and streamline the systems and processes across Indonesia and Malaysia.

ASSET MANAGEMENT

  • Oversee, manage, simplify, standardize, and streamline assets across Indonesia and Malaysia.

Requirements:

  • Experience across transformations in the digital/e-commerce/ space (min. 3+ years)
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, and D2C product delivery highly desirable
  • Demonstrated success in delivering ongoing enhancements with a customer-focused and user-centric outlook
  • Previous experience with platform implementations and/or project management
  • Pre-sales support experience will be an advantage
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Platform experience with Salesforce an advantage
  • Analytical skills, with experience in market research, customer segmentation, and performance metrics highly desirable
  • Exposure and understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment
  • A data-driven approach with experience in digital reporting and statistical analysis to inform and ensure the effectiveness of digital strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
