Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the world's leading data, insights and consulting company. The client is looking for a Senior Project Executive Management/Project Manager who has at least 2 to 3 years of experience relevant in the industry. This job is a hybrid setup and office is located in Quezon City, Philippines.

Job Summary:

The Senior Project Management Executive (PME) is part of the Project Management team in their office. Their primary responsibility is to work with senior managers to serve as a link and liaison between Client Service, Data Processing, and Data Collection. Project Management uses its specialist knowledge of fieldwork methodology and data preparation to advise on the best approach for setting up each project and to ensure high-quality data is delivered.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Manages timelines, and supplier commissioning at a project level, including using internal project management software
  • Monitors the hours budgeted and used by departments at a project level and assists at an overall level to ensure projects are managed efficiently
  • Runs Project Review Meetings and documents project learnings
  • Compiles project-specific learnings and assists in the overall reporting of project learnings
  • Starts to contribute to company development, such as with new approaches or improvements to company efficiencies
  • Starts to provide clear, accurate, and timely cost estimations to CS for up to mid-level complexity projects, and start to do costs for other/mixed methodologies and more complex projects
  • Starts to become involved in Project Planning Meetings to discuss and recommend the appropriate and most cost-effective project design (prior to cost estimation request or when cost estimation request has been received but further clarification is needed)
  • Starts to act as a consultant to CS on an ongoing basis regarding cost drivers, project efficiency, and best practice for projects
  • Helps to ensure that the needs of clients/CS are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service for cost requests and timelines prior to commissioning
  • Thoroughly gets to know own team, account teams, other departments, and suppliers
  • Has a clear and thorough understanding of the PM department's processes and responsibilities
  • Supports other team members in order to maximize team efficiency and promotes/builds good working relationships


Key job requirements include:

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in project management/fieldwork
  • Graduate of any Marketing and Business Course
  • Must be a bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Experience in Market Research is a PLUS
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
  • Basic PM knowledge
  • Proven knowledge of MB products and philosophy (if being promoted internally)
  • Developing management skills in supporting a cohesive team environment
  • Developing the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong communication skills
  • Developing analytical, deductive, and negotiating skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times)
  • Able to coordinate a number of projects at a time/multitask
  • Completes necessary database forms
  • Fluency (verbal and written) in English and [Local Language] is essential
