You will take the lead in the management of a lending project which is being undertaken by the bank. The lending project is related to collateral mostly including mortgages so experience of driving similar projects related to retail and commercial mortgage lending would be ideal. This role will include significant interface with regulatory bodies such as the PRA and FCA, and interface with legal representatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring project deadlines are on-track to be achieved, managing budgets and staff allocation, and working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to secure project-critical deliverables.

-Compiling of a high level quality reports and presentations appropriate for Exec level, Board and Regulator consumption

-Managing, reporting and driving the resolution of program-level blockers, issues, risks

-Refining and managing the process for the management and reporting of the intra/inter dependencies of the program

-Directing, supporting and coaching other staff on project activities.

-Other related adhoc activities as required by the program.

Skills Required:

- You must have experience of a project management within a banking environment. Previous experience of any of the following would be advantageous to your application : collateral, mortgages (retail or commercial), regulatory alignment and communication with regulators and central bank especially the Bank of England.

- You must be confident to work with little guidance and within a team.

-You must be confident in presenting to and dealing with Exec/Board level mgmt.

- You must be a problem solver for program level blockers/issues dealing with Legal, Operations and other bank depts as required.

-You must have solid experience in working in PMO teams for large Banking change programs, preferably large regulatory programs.

-You must be dynamic and flexible to work with different senior stakeholders and multiple challenges concurrently.

This is a project role estimated to last 5 - 6 months.
