International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational well-known building materials maker.

Our client, the company with innovative technology, is seeking an experienced Sales professionals for Project Sales Manager position. This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Reporting to the Regional Segment Leader, he/she will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets for Vietnam territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders such as Owners, Developers, Architects, and Contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop new accounts.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients in the selection and use of building materials.
  • Work closely with the internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to the management team on customer needs, preferences, and trends.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields such as Civil Engineering, Architecture.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project sales experience in the building materials industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and related products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
