Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the Multinational Consumer Goods companies in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist. The job will be based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Continuous Improvement journey
- Planning and strategizing Quality Management Process program to ensure quality, safety, and meet consumer and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting regional Group's Quality Management Program
- Translating top-down business plan and journey by breaking it to a specific action plan
- Led the implementation of a standardized document control process.

Qualifications:
- Having 2-3 years of experience in related industries and functions
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
- Knowledge in Continuous Improvement, Quality excellence, regulatory, certification process, and data processing and analysis
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English, preferably exposure engaging with regional team
