.A creative, exciting and forward-thinking serviced office provider requires an experienced receptionist to cover at various sites in central London. This is an ongoing temporary role which could become permanent
Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting a greeting visitors, signing in/out and issuing passes
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Keeping reception area and meeting rooms tidy and presentable

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential
  • Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
  • Enthusiastic and reliable
  • A team player
  • Flexible as will be working across different sites with different shift patterns
