A leading financial services company requires an experienced and enthusiastic temporary receptionist to cover their front of house in Glasgow & (Edinburgh).
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors and issuing passes
- Escorting visitors to meeting rooms
- Answering the phone and directing calls where necessary
- Managing meeting rooms
- Assisting with administration
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is not essential
- Well presented with an excellent telephone manner
- Enthusiastic and happy to help
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised
