A leading financial institution seeks a proactive receptionist to join their office on a temporary basis, to manage their front of house services and assist with the digitisation of their data in Microsoft Dynamics. This is a temporary role until the end of the year with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception area; meeting and greeting visitors with the utmost professionalism
  • Supporting the Office Manager with the upkeep of the office
  • Cleansing data using MS Dynamics
  • Scanning and archiving documents
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing the main phone line, putting calls through to relevant staff
  • Assisting in setting up meetings and events

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous front of house experience is essential, within a corporate environment
  • Some experience with MS Dynamics is essential
  • Accuracy and an excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in digitisation projects would be desirable
  • Happy to help out with whatever needs doing, a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude is desired
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Approachable and helpful
  • Good organisational skills
