A leading financial institution seeks a proactive receptionist to join their office on a temporary basis, to manage their front of house services and assist with the digitisation of their data in Microsoft Dynamics. This is a temporary role until the end of the year with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the reception area; meeting and greeting visitors with the utmost professionalism
- Supporting the Office Manager with the upkeep of the office
- Cleansing data using MS Dynamics
- Scanning and archiving documents
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing the main phone line, putting calls through to relevant staff
- Assisting in setting up meetings and events
Skills and Experience:
- Previous front of house experience is essential, within a corporate environment
- Some experience with MS Dynamics is essential
- Accuracy and an excellent attention to detail
- Experience in digitisation projects would be desirable
- Happy to help out with whatever needs doing, a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude is desired
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Approachable and helpful
- Good organisational skills
