Essential job responsibilities
1-Sorts and files records, and assists staff or department in performing other clerical tasks requiring limited knowledge of systems or procedures
2-Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands
3-Stamps, sorts, and distributes mail
4-Setting up meetings in Outlook for management
5-Processing invoices and expense reports
6-Gather/compile/track/follow up on division tasks
7-Scans, sorts, and files documents
8-Checks and compares data for accuracy and completeness
9-Gathers specified information and compiles routine reports
10-May enter data into a computer system
11-Other responsibilities as assigned


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task multiple projects with accuracy
  • Good oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all employee and/or client information
  • Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and scheduling
