The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening/assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to our clients. The Recruiter must be highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be adept at building long term relationships in order to create and maintain a pipeline of both active and passive candidates. This role will be located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment process from hiring manager intake to candidate acceptance.
Actively build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods, including job postings, social media, networking events, research, and cold-calling.
Maintain regular communication with candidates during and outside of the hiring process.
Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients.
Effectively screen, interview and assess candidates to determine fit for client needs.
Perform reference and background checks and manage candidate data in ATS.
Convincingly present qualified candidates to clients for current open positions and possible future opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with our clients’ hiring managers by understanding their business and staffing needs.
Guide the hiring process to meet the needs of the client while ensuring that roles are filled timely.
Achieve performance objectives (KPI’s) relating to activity and individual margin targets.
Track and complete the timely entry of all required activity and documentation into the ATS/CRM system while maintaining consistency and integrity of data.
Collaborate with business development managers to ensure effective delivery for clients’ needs.
Generate and share leads with business development managers from interviews with candidates and client managers to increase sales.
Maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.
Performs other job duties as requested and assigned.

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge may be acceptable.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' recruiting or customer service experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
Detailed, organized, and adaptable.
Prioritize and possess excellent time management skills.
Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
Exceptional written and oral communications ability.
Strong sense of urgency, extremely organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
