An innovative and highly reputable independent consultancy requires an experienced administrator to assist their Recruitment Manager during a busy period for 3 months, with potential to become permanent. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced or ambitious Resourcing Administrator to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team within a vibrant and expanding organisation.


Key responsibilities


* Supporting the administration of resourcing activities, including the preparation of formal documentation, maintenance of resourcing information and systems
* Coordinating resourcing processes, arranging interviews, and proactively responding to resourcing enquiries
* Managing resourcing offer administration, liaising with successful candidates in a timely manner
* Liaising with colleagues, to ensure smooth onboarding for new starters
* Supporting the review and development of resourcing processes and procedures offering suggestions for process improvement
* Supporting resourcing and ad-hoc reporting as required
* Maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times


Skills and Experience


* Experience of operating within a fast-paced and varied Resourcing Administrator role
* Demonstrable experience and knowledge of resourcing administration processes and techniques
* A focus on pace of delivery with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Possess a logical and methodical approach to prioritisation of tasks
* Excellent numerical and IT literacy, with experience of using MS Office including Excel, and Word
* Up-to-date broad understanding of employment law and best practice including IR35 regulations would be advantageous but not essential
