Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a premiere tertiary hospital that provides quality healthcare and trainings. They have been in the industry for decades and their goal is to be the hospital of choice in providing excellent health care system to their valued clients. Our respective client is looking for a Recruitment Head who will oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes which includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruiting metrics, supervising the recruitment team and monitoring the recruiting team's performance. This position requires onsite reporting and will be reporting to the AVP of HROD and is located in Manila, Metro Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Proposes ways to improve recruitment branding
  • Creates recruitment reports and uses recruitment metrics
  • Performs periodic review and evaluation of the performance of members of the Talent Management Department
  • Researches, recommends, and implements new sourcing methods and job advertising options
  • Forecasts manpower needs with hiring managers
  • Modernizes and designs recruitment processes for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Trains hiring managers on interviewing techniques and onboarding processes
  • Join job fairs and other related events
  • Work with headhunting and outsourcing partners regarding specific vacancies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related course
  • At least 5 years related work experience
  • With organizational, strategic, Technical and leadership competencies.
  • Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
