Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a top global electronic manufacturing company. Our respected client is expanding and growing its business and is looking for Recruitment Manager to plan, develop, and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization. This includes building a strong Employer Brand in response to commercial plan and business direction

Recruitment Manager will be a full-time employee to work as a part of regional human resources team that help the company find and retain excellent employees. Candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. The job will be based in Chonburi, Thailand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform the analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the organizations
  • Creating a sustainable talent acquisition strategies and techniques
  • Take charge of Talent Acquisition team's planning, developing, managing, and overseeing employer branding activities
  • Work with line management and the Human Resources department to plan for hiring and internal candidate development
  • Work with the compensation department to determine a market rate salary for each new hire
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager, TA Specialist, Head-hunter, or related position
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, collaboration, and organization
  • Having ability to interact and cooperate with internal and external parties
  • Flexibility, creativity, dynamic, result-oriented, and time management skills
  • Excellent English communication
