Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company with a core focus on the heavy equipment industry. Our client is seeking a professional with 10 years of experience in talent acquisition from a Heavy Machinery or Mining company for the job of Recruitment Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Modify the current recruiting procedures or develop a new one as needed.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
  • Supervise and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team.
  • Liaise with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
  • Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of employees.
  • Conduct job interviews to ensure candidates' skills and qualifications match the job requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation, implementing required changes to keep company recruitment processes compliant.
  • Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics.
  • Build quality relationships with internal teams and external recruitment agencies.
  • Minimize costs incurred in a recruitment process.
  • Conduct research to identify and select suitable job advertising options
  • Advise hiring managers on the recruitment process.

Job Requirement:

  • Have at least 10 years of experience in recruiting from heavy machinery or mining companies.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in psychology or management.
  • 10 years of experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Good knowledge of candidates' selection methods.
  • Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Good time-management skills
