International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international financial technology company. Our client is seeking Regional Marketing Specialist. This job is based in Ho Chi Minh City. Regional Marketing Specialist is a senior position that creates awareness of and develop the brand in the region (Vietnam and ASIAN market)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Bring new initiatives on how to achieve goals
  • Collaboration with the HQ Marketing & support in delivering agreed activities
  • Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the media or other
  • Work closely with in-house HQ design team, to create marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
  • Write and proofread marketing copy in Vietnamese language, for both online and print campaigns if any
  • Manage the VI social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement and introduce new local ones
  • Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions if necessary
  • Measurement and report on success of digital marketing campaigns or offline events
  • Collaboration with local office manager or sales to ensure leads are being called

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Regional Marketing role or relevant role at least 5 years experiences
  • Strong at digital marketing
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal in both Vietnamese and English) and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
