Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global multi-level marketing (MLM) corporation that specializes in the development and sale of nutrition, weight management, and personal care products. Our respected client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. This is on-site work set up in Taguig City.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Ensure that promotions, incentives, events, recognition and updates on products and literature/flyers, and other information related to the Client is communicated accurately, effectively, and efficiently to the distributor base. This is accomplished through a variety of communication channels which includes but is not limited to fax, email, SMS (Short messaging service), client's websites, conference calls and meetings.
* Provide support to Leaders and Members in organizing cost-effective local events - HOM, HN Festival/Customer Day, education, & training initiatives and other activities, on the sourcing of venue, AV equipment vendors, and other requirements. This may involve working with members and corporate staff in setting up the registration/reception area, speakers' meetings, or conference calls, audio and visual requirements, and other necessary preparations that will be required in the implementation of the event or activity.
* Support national and international events by effective communication of event details and requirements to distributors. Act as a support team member in the assigned unit for national and international events.
* Relay updated information to distributors from the different departments. Be able to answer distributors' questions and provide related information regarding qualifications, promotions and events in a timely and professional manner.
* Analyze sales metrics and business trends and liaise closely with local S&P and TAB Team members operating in within the assigned region to keep them abreast of emerging direction and changes in the market place.
* Manage productivity in the assigned region.
* Share best business practices among members in the region.
* Monitor the trend and movement of the members in the region.
* Consistently visit S&P, TAB Team members, Nutrition Clubs on a regular basis and provide value-based business intelligence.
* Add business value to members at all times through support & recognition of members' objectives and business efforts. Must at all times conduct oneself as an ambassador of Client's Corporate and Products.
* Prepare monthly reports with accurate statistics
* Secure qualification and attendance of members for local, national & international events
* Secure qualification of leaders and members in promotions
* Prepare monthly sales forecast based on for provided data, sales leaders' forecast and sales trending
* Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and E-mail). Reports and monitors the daily, weekly and monthly workflow in the region.
* Manage key issues in the region, identify conflicts and potential threats to business immediately, and effectively communicate and elevate concerns to Client's Management through the National Sales Manager.
* Clearly understand departmental policies, procedures and practices and operate within the daily workflow of the Sales and Business Development Team. Perform his/her role and be able to come up with sound decisions quickly which are based on facts in consultation and coordination with the National Sales Manager.
* Must have a full understanding of the Sales and Marketing plan / strategy of Client.
* Punctuality should be observed at all times.
* Local and overseas travel, overtime and weekend work will be required based on deadlines and department need.
* Compensatory leave may be availed in lieu of weekend and overtime work.
* Accomplish other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

* A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
* 7+ years of work experience in pharmaceutical, consumer or direct selling industry
* Results-oriented
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Must be able to work with minimum supervision and have the ability to multi-task
* Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
* Ability to plan and implement sales events and promotions
* Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
* Excellent customer service
* Ability to function as an effective team leader
* Ability to follow up thoroughly. Self-motivated and organized
* Good negotiation and presentation skills
* Local and overseas travel, overtime and weekend work will be occasionally required
