Job Summary:
Our respected client is looking for Reports Developer Supervisor. This job is in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines but offers WFH arrangement until further notice.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and monitoring report developers.
- Interacts with Business Process Owners and internal client representatives to determine reporting needs, business requirements and identify solutions (i.e., software development).
- Recommend procedural and operational guideline changes to improve reporting and development.
- Evaluate, build, implement, and maintain report for different programs.
- Understand existing development and application design practices. Suggest improvements as necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation, process maps and tutorials related to existing or new reports.
- Creating, tracking, and leading the automation requests (DRD) with the centralized reports development team of the company.
- Accomplish all required program coding and documentation within the defined timelines.
- Responsible for deploying newly developed systems into production adhering all software development standards and processes.
Key Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in reports development (PBI / Web)
- Familiarity with development methodologies
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Ability to connect to data source, clean, transform, and remodel data; choose and add appropriate visualizations, filters, and conditional formatting for data analysis.
- Attention to detail
- Possess above average English written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of using MS Office apps, specific Excel graphs and pivot tables
- Possess and can transfer Analytical skills, Technical Skills, Soft Skills, and Programming Skills
- Expertise in Spreadsheet, BI Tools, SQL, and Programming
