Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Fast Moving Consumer Group Companies in Indonesia. The job is based in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail partnership programs and initiatives that drive sales, increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow retail partnerships.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, building trust and driving collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze retail partnership performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and manage budgets and timelines for retail partnership programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful execution of retail partnership programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, making recommendations and adjustments to retail partnership programs as necessary.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail partnership development
  • Proven track record of developing successful retail partnership programs and initiatives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
